AAK Foodservice is pledging support for caterers working everywhere from airports to the House of Commons by sponsoring Contract Caterer of the Year at the next Craft Guild of Chefs Awards.
The cooking oils specialist has been working particularly closely with contract caterers this year, prompting the company to look at ways to celebrate unsung talent coming out of the sector.
