Going Nuts For Oils Of The Orient!

 With 61 percent of consumers enjoying ethnic food regularly, AAK Foodservice has launched Prep Premium Groundnut Oil and Toasted Sesame Oil, giving mainstream caterers the chance to explore different types of cuisine and satisfy changing palates out of home (1).

Prep Premium Groundnut Oil is extracted from peanuts and has a subtle, pleasant flavour to enhance without overwhelming dishes. It can also be heated to high temperatures, making it not only excellent for stir-fries, but all types of shallow fried and griddled food.
