New Year, new shape … new brand of cooking spray oil for the 2010 diet season

L<C is an ideal alternative to conventional oils and fats for those trying to maintain a calorie controlled diet.

The distinctive can has an innovative, aerosol spray nozzle that provides even pan coverage and reduces messy drips and spills. L<C is available in sunflower and olive oil varieties.

L<C is currently available to purchase from the Co-operative, Somerfield, Netto, Wilkinsons and Musgraves in Northern Ireland. “L<C is great for people who want to eat healthily and have a balanced diet because the innovative spray action minimises the amount of oil you need to use and also reduces wastage. The nozzle applies a light, even coverage to the pan and can be used as a substitute to traditional oils to cook a variety of foods and dishes such as pancakes, omelettes, eggs, potatoes, meat, vegetables and pies! A 10ml serving has just 21 calories, 2.2g of fat and 0g salt.”
