Crisbak is the unrivalled leader of our pastry margarine product line up for smaller bakeries. Its texture and plasticity makes it ideal for general purpose puff pastry laminating.

Other products from our range include Sabre-Bake, Soft Sabre-Bake and Premium-Bake.

Whether extruded by fat pump, or used in the “Scotch method” of pastry manufacture, these non-hydrogenated products are ideal for both sweet and savoury puff pastry.

AAK pastry margarines are packed into a poly wrapped block with 80 x 12.5kg blocks per pallet. Again, standard products can be modified to meet specific requirements with a variety of slice configurations.
