Shortening

Marmex and Hedlex are medium texture general purpose shortenings suitable for the production of high quality cake, pastry and biscuit products.

With its extra emulsifier, Sweetex is especially suitable for the production of high ratio sponge and fermented goods.

Non-hydrogenated and with no added salt, AAK shortenings are supplied in 12.5kg blocks. These are packed into poly lined boxes, with 80 boxes per pallet. We also supply bulk pumpable shortening.
