Akofluid Pumpable Shortening

Akofluid is a pumpable fat which can replace traditional block shortenings or palm oil for the production of biscuit, cake or pastry dough among other applications. Naturally lower in saturated fat, it helps manufacturers meet FSA targets for saturated fat reduction and can reduce costs through lower fat usage, less manual handling and processing and reduced waste packaging.
