Hazelnut Oil

Hazelnuts are predominately grown in Italy, Spain & Turkey although production often takes place in France. The pale yellow oil is expeller pressed and has the delicate taste of Hazelnuts, while not overshadowing the other flavours in the meal.

Walnut Oil

Walnut OilOur Walnut Oil has a delicate nutty taste that enhances salads, marinades, dressings and dips without overpowering the dish. It is produced primarily in France, the Mediterranean and the USA by expeller pressing walnut kernels to produce a delicious oil that is golden yellow in colour.

Sweet Almond Oil

Almond OilSweet Almond Oil is delectable in both sweet and savoury dishes. It can be used to add a subtle nutty flavour to salad dressings and stir fry’s, but is also delicious in cookies, muffins and cakes.

Almonds are mainly grown throughout the USA & Europe. The oil is expeller pressed from the kernels of the nut to produce an oil that is light yellow in colour with a distinctive soft marzipan like flavour.

As well as being a food oil, Sweet Almond Oil has been widely used in personal care products for centuries! It is rich in Oleic Acid, which means that it is easily absorbed when used as the base for Aromatherapy massages.
